Air Cadets Preparatory School or EPCAr ring

The Preparatory School for Air Cadets or EPCAr, is an educational institution of the Brazilian Air Force. Its mission is to mold young people to enter the Aviation Officers Training Course (CFOAv) of the Air Force Academy (AFA), in Pirassununga, State of São Paulo, through the Air Cadets Preparatory Course. Simultaneously, it provides students training in high school. CPCAR comprises three years equivalent to high school in the Ministry of Education, covering instructions in the scientific and military fields, given under the boarding system.
Students who successfully complete the CPCAr are entitled to the High School Completion Certificate and enrollment assured at the Air Force Academy, as long as they are within the health, psychological and physical conditions required to enter the AFA.
